You figure out why you cough seemingly constantly, and find out that the culprit is a new micro-invasive bug species that attaches itself inside human lungs to lay it's super tiny eggs that can only be seen with a microscope. The bug has 12 legs, 4 eyes, and secretes a green mucus slime that blocks pain receptors of internal organs. Doctors tell you that every time you cough, you aid in spreading it's eggs - the bug can not be removed without damaging your lungs. Over the course of yours and the bug's life, after it has asexually produced billions of micro-eggs, it will travel from the lungs into the throat, where it will attach to your inner throat lining and draw nutrition from your own body's expelled Co2.
