Could you try? It's important for us to have a full list of regions in which you're involved, particularly as there are some mainstream gameplay regions, such as Grand Central, that remain hostile to Osiris. Thank you!

I was briefly a delegate of a 13-member region that all but died out many years ago.

Are you now or have you ever been engaged in hostilities against the region Osiris or against the Osiris Fraternal Order? If so, please provide details: No, in fact I have never engaged in hostilities against any nation or region thus far.
