I would take the system presented over the anger and uncertainty that preceded it.

Osirans have been working to eliminate that anger and uncertainty from our community for a long time. We're fighters, but we need to be fighting our divisions, not embracing them and fighting each other. That is what this is about, building a united community, not one in which divisions can be manufactured and exploited for someone's self-interest.

Hopefully more will come around to this perspective and give this a chance, as you're willing to do. Thank you for that.

It has come to my attention that a rogue forum has been created.

As I announced in the Skype chat, no action will be taken against anyone for simply participating in the rogue forum at this time, despite such participation constituting support for the false claimant to the office of Pharaoh. However, after the 72 hour grace period established in our announcement has elapsed, anyone who remains an administrator of that forum will be ejected and banned for assisting in aggression against the Osiris Fraternal Order.

This includes r3naissanc3r, Lord Ravenclaw, and Ainocra, along with The Almighty Jesus Whale, who has already been ejected and banned.

We reserve the right to eject and ban any participant in the rogue forum at any time, and are refraining from such action now only as a gesture of goodwill to prevent unnecessary division of the community and further hostility between Osirans. If the rogue forum is used as a platform for further aggression, particularly in the form of actions fraudulently undertaken in the name of suspended institutions, we may and likely will reconsider this goodwill policy.

I can say from personal experience that this probably isn't going to work out well for you.

My worst instincts say that Osiris's democracy has been a fraud all along, allowed to remain as such only because the winners were acceptable to Tim, Cormac, etc. I am by no means a long-tenured citizen of Osiris, but it doesn't take much to realize that this is a coup, plain and simple, and deserves to be condemned.

I have faith that this will be short-lived, and that the proper Pharoah will be returned.

You're literally fresh off your coup of the South Pacific. Simmer down.

People are just using buzzwords on people that are doing things they don't like and don't approve of.
Biyah is a buzzword all by himself :P

The only problem with coups these days is that after the initial drama you realise you've just kicked half your active population. Which means a double workload for those that remain.

Thus the bit about "personal experience." I regret that, and I think you'll regret this as well.

Regents?
[6/3/2016 19:34:30] Lord Mazrim Rahl (Biyah): obviously she was gathering spell regents, so she could cast her end-of-term mass death spell. Young sorceress' must kill their Master before they are allowed to leave.
[6/3/2016 19:35:52] Gradea Sanguine: Makes sense
[6/3/2016 19:36:39] Lord Mazrim Rahl (Biyah): Hence, pray she learns well and doesn't have a dunce as a teacher... else the next generation that kills her will be weak, snobby and only half-trained. That is how society falls
[6/3/2016 19:37:30] Lord Mazrim Rahl (Biyah): I am a proud member of MAWS. Men against weak sorcerers/eses
