On Saturday 13th October at 12:15 EST the Council of Scribes vote to Pass, by a vote of 13-3-1, The Amendment to the Regional Traditions Act. As it is not a constitutional amendment no vote by the Council of Guardians is required and as such this act now requires the Pharaoh's assent.
