A Sygnificantly Greater Osiris!
This concerns the currently instituted punishments on Amerion and Tim Stark, and the slightly lesser one on Derpsy.
Are those sentences too harsh, too lenient, or exactly as they should be?

Thank you for the interesting question. As I'm sure you know, this game always changes. The people, regions, and organizations can never go a year without changing something. Heck, the first version of the Osiris Fraternal Order was built on banishing the empire from Osiris, flash forward to a couple years later, now Neo Kervoskia is our Pharaoh. Things have changed a bit since those punishments. At the time, the expulsion and prohibition from The Grey Wardens from Osiris was deserved. I'll go down the list to be more specific on the individuals.
Amerion: The one-year prohibition from admission to citizenship was way too far and not needed at all. Amerion was just a recruit of the Grey Wardens at the time, and also a former Chief Scribe and respectable citizen of Osiris. I don't believe that Amerion would have gone to the extent of invading Osiris if he was asked to. The charges of sedition, citizenship fraud, and disorderly conduct were unjustified in my opinion, because to my knowledge none of this occured. Amerion never made the comments like Tim did as far as I know, so sedition didn't happen. Amerion also didn't forget to include The Grey Wardens on his citizenship application as far as I know since he was just a recruit at the time and nobody was supposed to update their citizenship application each time they joined a new region or organization. Disorderly conduct is the only one that I can see being somewhat true, but still unjustified, because he was a member of a region that was intent on destroying invaders.
Tim Stark: Tim stated on multiple occasions that he will invade any "darkspawn" (invader) region if it ever went founderless. The revocation of citizenship, ejection, and ban from Osiris was handed out justly in my opinion, after his multiple comments toward founderless invader regions as a whole that included Osiris. The one-year ban from citizenship was a bit excessive and probably not needed since the Proscribed Regions and Organizations amendment already prohibits him from gaining citizenship if he resigns his position in The Grey Wardens which would make him a lesser threat. Cormac asked him to prove his loyalty to Osiris by dropping the organization committed to destroying us and to join one of the many other defender organizations that just defend. If we had to prohibit him from admission to citizenship for a certain amount of time, I would have requested six-months.
Derpsy: Derpsy was accused of "infiltrating the Sekhmet Legion." This is untrue to my knowledge. Derpsy was in the Black Hawks (a region I am a member of) at the time that she was found out to be moonlighting in the Wardens. She didn't leak any classified information, this has been said multiple times by raiders and defenders alike, so many of the accusations held against her were a bit exaggerated. The only thing that remains true is that she failed to include the Grey Wardens on her citizenship application (she was there under the alias of Leafish). She had already resigned her citizenship in Osiris and cut her ties in the Wardens at the time this punishment was laid out. The six-month ban from gaining citizenship was not needed.
Ridersyl and Rom: At this time, you had already retired and Rom was who knows where. These punishments weren't really exessive, I don't see the problem of revoking the citizenship of a retired NSer and a Warden who didn't really respond to the situation going on here.
At the time, it was a good idea to pass the Proscribed Regions and Organizations amendment to prohibit The Grey Wardens from gaining citizenship in Osiris. Now, I believe the Proscribed Regions and Organizations law is not really needed anymore. Instead we should replace it with a persona non grata law so we can add in the specific people that could be or are a threat to Osiris. In my humble opinion, Amerion, Derpsy and Syl weren't a threat at all and there are some other Grey Wardens that I know would join Osiris to become a respected citizen and have fun and not undermine the sovereignty of Osiris, which seems to be the thought when the Grey Wardens are brought up.

I've been doing some deep thinking, and simply put, you have more experience with my field of expertise within Osiris, you are WA-free whereas the other guardian is WA locked. I cannot handle the military by myself, Scardino, and Trans any longer. Running day to day operations, stretching myself to get Osirans onto other ally's operations (I'm fully capable of doing this but I'd rather not be the only "face" of Osiris) I need another experienced R/D leader to help me with things. The tipping factor, you know triggering and been on updates =P
How many Osirans can say the same- are willing to learn. This expertise.
That is the basis of my vote. If the other candidate is better at day to day things or internal affair matters, he can get the votes of the day to day citizens. My vote is a military vote.
