Esterois retag, again

On 29/8/2022 minor the legion retagged Esterois which some fendas had decided to detag a few updates earlier. Fendas were still celebrating their successful defense of it at major and didn't even try to do anything.

After tagging the region, Athatrondeasia and All Mummified Things stayed in the region for a whole day to give the pointing puppet border control power. Fendas still didn't appear.
