Is a hotdog a sandwich?

So earlier this month, someone in our discord asked if a hotdog was a sandwich. The debate died down, but yours truly, decided to run with the idea and post this chart:



We've had like 5 pages of debate...which is like honestly more than some of the debate we have in our legislature (of course, the debate in our sandwich thread was much more humorous and not as serious)

I wanted to reach out to you guys and ask what you think! What catagory are you in? Personally, I am pretty much a purist, I think a sub is obviously a sandwich, and your traditional ones, but not much else.
