Two Subviziers will be assigned to the two halves of Community Affairs: Culture and Media. The Culture side will be focused on creating and encouraging community activity both daily and during special events. It will also be responsible for the Mentor Program and the Welcome Committee that Anabelle has put together for us. The Media side will focus on the Oracle and providing artwork to the rest of the department for various endeavors. The Subvizier of Propaganda will remain as it has, and we might assign someone to give him hoof manicures weekly.
Subviz of Culture will lead these teams:
Festival Helpers- Will be required to help plan, work, and supervise festivals that Osiris holds. Participation in festivals is mandatory for members of this team unless life outside of the game prevents that.
Activity Squad- Will be required to help brainstorm, facilitate, and supervise community activities to pursue heightened activity from members of the region.
Welcome Committee/Mentors- Will be required to welcome new citizens and integrate them into our community through answering questions, personal guidance, and communication.
Subviz of Media will lead these teams:
Oracle Writers- Will be required to write an article for the Oracle each month, continued dedication to meeting deadlines, and brainstorming content for each issue.
Regional Artists- Will be required to create artwork for events, activities, the Oracle, and other CA projects.
Each member of Community Affairs will be expected to be active within the department and within their team in lieue of outside-the-game circumstances. This isn’t going to be measured by any metric, but the Viziers and Subviziers reserve the right to remove inactive members from the department.
