Not to sound creepy, but I've been watching you guys for a while. Had to drop off of NS for a while for personal reasons, and because my last region, The Illuminati Council was basically an internal conflict every day with me, a newcomer, becoming a Justice of the region in a short span of time as I tried to rebuild the region. As you can see, it didn't work out so well. I would be honored to be given the opportunity to serve a much more fruitful region and to implement my skills to its success.
