Hello! I am the great glow cloud, Nimbus!

This seems like a good time for a drink, and a cold, calculated speech…I want to be Chief Scribe, and I think I can easily do a good job. This game is not complex to me, laws are not complex to me, and if you have talked to or seen me on discord, I can discuss and discuss like hell. I can moderate a discussion like a proper boss too. Adytus said formatting, debate, and listening are important parts of this job, and frankly, I am better than him at all of that. Get good, Adytus, but I still love you bub-bub. I ran for this office last time, but I was not serious. I knew I would get crushed; this time around things will be different. I want to dominate, and do so because I am good at what I do. It is embarrassing to me to be bad at something on this game because I feel it is easy. Now is the time for action, now is the time of the Nimbus. A vote for me means a lot of things. First off, I support a lot of the reforms going on right on with the constitution. Lots of good ideas, ideas that will make this place better, and I would like to expand on those reforms. There are a lot of places in our constitution that say something on the lines of “and further regulations may be placed by law.” I would like to go through these sections, and see where we can really add things for the better. The Council of Scribes needs to be a happening place where people are talking all the time, discussing what we can really do and the direction we want to go in. I’ll make sure the discussions on discord are recorded and make their way to the Council of Scribes too. That happens a lot, and I have seen people complain about it.



Second, discussion is important no matter what we are talking about in the Council of Scribes. I intend to make good use of my powers to give people the max amount of time needed to talk on laws being drafted. I will be on top of votes, and their times, and if elected, so will my deputies. There is a general idea in my head about whom I will appoint, but interested people ping me on discord. It is the best place to reach me. The app is all hooked up to my phone.



Third, I am a cool, chill dude, and we will try to do fun legislation when it is appropriate, but most of the time I will be pushing for serious stuff. If I think it is a good idea Osiris, I will tell you why in detail, discuss and debate your ear off, and hope you see my point of view. If you don’t, that is cool too. It is a game, no stress here, should be no stress there. Everyone should be stress free, kicked back with a beer in the afternoon, talking about how great Osiris is and all our laws. Remember that amazing summer you had those years, or months ago, that will be my term as Chief Scribe. Remember that one big regret you had that haunts you forever, well, you are in luck!
