Announcement from the Pharaoh of Osiris
Regarding Participation in the Region Thuria
It has come to the attention of the office of the Pharaoh that Scieca, Founder of Thuria, remains in communication with delete-on-sight former player Coraxion. As a result, revocation of Scieca's citizenship has been submitted to the Council of Guardians for their approval.
The office of the Pharaoh further announces that, due to communication between Scieca and Coraxion, and the high probability that participants in Thuria will engage in grave violations of NationStates rules as a result of association with Coraxion, participation in Thuria has been determined a significant threat to the security and stability of Osiris. Applicants to citizenship participating in Thuria will be rejected unless they immediately end their participation in Thuria. Let it also be known, and let no one doubt, that participation in Thuria by any citizen of Osiris will result in the office of the Pharaoh seeking approval from the Council of Guardians for revocation of citizenship.
Osiris has no tolerance for those who would grievously violate the rules of NationStates, assist those who seek to do so, or associate with a culture of rule-breaking and contempt for NationStates Moderation. All Osirans are expected to play by the rules, and while we will not seek to play moderator by taking action against minor rules violations such as flamebaiting or threadjacking, we will take action against significant rule-breaking and participation in any community that encourages such behavior.
This culture of rule-breaking and contempt for NationStates Moderation is not just an individual problem. It is an existential threat to raider regions and to raiding itself. Standing shoulder to shoulder with our raider allies, united in our determination that raiding will remain part of the game and that raiders will respect game rules, we will eradicate this insidious disease that has infected our sphere of gameplay.
