Notice with regard to the Chief Elder

On March 16, the Chief Elder sent to myself and to the Pharaoh notification of his resignation from the Pschent and from being a Councillor in this place, as well as resigning his citizenship.

I will not repeat here the reasons that he gave, they are his own and if he had wished to share them publicly he could have.
