BE IT ON THE BEHALF AND NAME OF HIS BENEVOLENT BRITANNIC MAJESTY,
Since the foundation of the Osiris Fraternal Order, there has been questions among userites about if the region would continue in a state of stability and hold together. I am pleased to say that it has, due to the dedicated leadership and perseverance of its Delegates and its founders Venico and Ambroscus Koth. Today we honour those founders and delegates for their continued friendship and their ability to maintain a strong and active GCR. We are most pleased to bestow membership into The Order of The Heroic Victoria Cross, The Kingdom of Great Britain's Highest Foreign Honour upon:
