[SPLIT] Governer-General Discussion

If I may use this as an opportunity to ask the Pharaoh a question, has the Governor-General of the Colonies provided Him with a report on the state of the Order's colonies or intends to present such report to this place?

I ask as reports on the colonies are required by the Colonies and Territories Act after each Pharonic election, but I haven't yet found such a report for any election after its passage.

As far as I am aware we at least have one colony: the Islamic Republics of Iran

With accordance to the first line of the act, did we ever actually VOTE on that region to get colonial status through the Deshret?

Looking back at the Legislative Archive, the Deshret has only ever voted three times over the whole matters regarding Colonies, but neither of the three were about admitting a region as a colony. Only legislation changes and an override vote.

The IRI was refounded by the Legion before the OFO was founded, if memory serves and it was carried over. We do not need legislative permission, iirc if we refound the region; only they voluntarily seek that status of their own account.

Either Venico or Koth is the GG for the region, I'm pretty sure they were confirmed but it was after my term, possibly.
