The Pharaoh-Emeritus of Imperial Crown suggested that I join the forum instead of just spamming up the RMB, so here I am. My nation has resided in Osiris for about half a year, so I guess it was only a matter of time. I cat wait to see what all the hype is about

So I can apply for citizenship with gives me permission to spam, but I can't become a citizen because of elections?

Ok. Thanks, I guess. In the meantime, I should also expect to be subject to tyranny. This is my lucky day.

Nah you can become a citizen at any time, but you can't be admitted into the legislature (the Deshret) while elections are ongoing. That's what Sev meant
