Right to Bear Arms

A resolution to tighten or relax gun control laws.

Proposed by: Topsail Empire

Description: To ensure that all citizens have to right to defend themselves and to own firearms:

Realizing that gun control is necessary to a stabilized country

Knowing that keeping the guns out of the hands of the wring people is necessary

However it is necessary to allow civilians to defend themselves from both criminals and corrupt governments.

Believing that background checks can become a substitute to a complete gun ban

HEREBY MANDATES that gun ownership shall be made legal in all World Assemble member countries.

Terribly written. While I support gun rights this is a train wreck
