The Court of the Pschent already has a very high workload. This is a case which at first glance appears to be very difficult to prove beyond hearsay and speculation. It would be an insult to the Court were I to accept these charges, and to tie us up into what would be a never-ending cycle of arguments. This is not the Great Kenbet and we will not have a repeat of Osiris verses Tim.

I will not, as an Elder hear these charges. We do not exist as an institution of Osiris to be the battleground for petty grudges, there are far more serious causes awaiting my attention that have far more substantial evidence supporting them.

Your honor, I believe the argument I have prepared for trial - along with supplementary evidence I would provide before the proceedings, would make clear that this is not a petty case. Someone has committed an unlawful disclosure and the accused is an accessory to their continued avoidance of responsibility for their crimes.

The Court would like to inform the Scribe of Seshat that, should he consider these charges still pertinent, he is welcome to refile these charges in a new thread. Although Acting Chief Elder Ravenclaw previously dismissed these charges, I consider myself suitably isolated from the events in question to avoid any conflicts of interest and would be open to hearing this case.
