Endorsement Limit Waiver

As permitted by the State Code, I am waiving the legal endorsement limit for Guardians of the Atef until such a time as my own endorsement count stabilizes and we know where it will stand. At that time the Atef endorsement limit will return to 66% of my own endo count or ten less than the Vizier, whichever is lower.

For now, the endorsement limit for the Atef remains at 50.

The waiver is withdrawn, as my own endorsement count is too low, at 68, to allow Guardians to maintain an endorsement count of 50.

Guardians will however have a seven day grace period to meet the new cap, which is 45, approximately 66% of my current endo count.
