I posted the following in The East Pacific:
"Today, the situation has changed. Osiris has had it's difficult times but now it finally voted a constitution and a newly elected Delegate took office. Stability seems to have returned and I applaud the efforts done by many people to achieve this. Regardless of the past, I'm happy to see an important region as Osiris back on it's feet. I congratulate Lord Ravenclaw on his much deserved victory and wish him the best for a new era in Osiris."
In honor of this, I gladly agreed with your new Pharaoh Lord Ravenclaw to re-open the embassies between The East Pacific and the Osiris Fraternal Order and I wish Osiris a bright future, with restored and friendly relations between our two regions.
