Would you resign from your position in The Black Hawks if elected Pharaoh or would you attempt to juggle both positions simultaneously?

My role nowadays in TBH is more so as a guide, mentor, and advisor. I let the other council members take the reigns on the region's operations. I don't see this affecting my ability to succeed as pharaoh or my objectivity and loyalty to this region.

Would you do delegate responsibilities to your regents most of the time or would you do most things yourself?

I am not sure if I am quite following the question, but I will answer what I think you are asking. Accountability and consistency will be important themes that I will preach to the government. I will not be the only one pushing initiatives for the region. It will be a team effort and so we will all be responsibility for the success of Osiris.

That was not the question. When it comes to your leadership style, do you like to delegate jobs to others or do things yourself?

That was not the question. When it comes to your leadership style, do you like to delegate jobs to others or do things yourself?

I do a combination of the two. I know how to plan out what needs to get done and find the best people to get it done. With that said, a leader should also take on responsibilities to role model hard work and getting things done.

My support rests with you Jakker. You should have got the job nearly three years ago.
