On Saturday 12th October at 02:20 AM EST, the Council of Scribes vote to Pass, by a vote of 7-1-0 (with 3 votes discounted as per Article VIII, Section (3) of the Scroll of Horus), The Lessons Learnt Act. As it is not a constitutional amendment no vote by the Council of Guardians is required and as such this act now requires the Pharaoh's assent.
May the Gods of the Nile look favourably upon this Act.
