Why are they attending:

To convince the Pharaoh to give a manufacturing contract to HelvetiCorp, an medium-sized company looking to join the big-leagues.

Brief Biography:

Martin is a young lobbyist with big ambitions, a great deal of talent (hopefully) and an unfortunate lack of experience. After graduating with a political science degree, Martin briefly worked an internship with an influential lobbying firm, but chaffed under the restrictions and lack of opportunity. He left and tried to find work wherever he could. Through a massive stroke of luck (and/or act of God), Martin was hired by HelvetiCorp to secure a hefty government contract. If Martin can succede, his career will be secure for life. If not, he may never find work again.

Brief Biography: Born a fairly lengthy time ago now, Stark first was introduced to Osiris after being incriminated in an alleged plot to overthrow the former ruling regime. After spending many years rotting in the Kemetic Republic's dungeon, with multiple trials failing to convict him, he ended up taking a plea bargain on demands that it included a double jeopardy provision, something Osiris did not have as a right for citizens at the time. Sitting in Osiris for a long time, and fighting numerous wars and rebellions on its behalf, he was eventually elected as Pharaoh for two terms under the Fraternal Order's regime. With rumors that he's seeking another bid at the soon to be vacant office, Stark has materialized at the social gathering.

Osiris Invites You to A Red Christmas Celebration (Character RP) If you love RP, Christmas and a Who Dunnit Mystery, you will love our Red Christmas Celebration Catastrophe

Premise

On the afternoon of the 24th, guests arrive at Memphis Royal Palace to celebrate Christmas and are to be promptly shown inside by palace attendants. In the middle of the Crystal Ballroom sits a large Christmas tree for guests to place gifts for the Secret Santa event. For the remainder of Christmas Eve, the palace gates shall continue to remain open for guests to arrive while food and entertainment is to be provided by servants. Security shall be tight, as regional elections loom, high level officials and figures are expected to attend. On the stroke of midnight, when Christmas Day arrives, the gates shall close and the celebration will convene until mid afternoon on Christmas day.

However, unknown to all, amongst them is a killer intent on delivering one last Christmas present to unsuspecting victims. In the RP you will take control of a (or multiple) celebration attendee(s). How your character(s) fits into it is all up to you. Will you be a noble trying to rise in interregional social prestige? or an official with dreams of high office? Or just simply a clueless party-goer with no clue what their up for? The choice is yours.

Ever since he was 7 years old his dad took him hunting and to shooting ranged to teach him about weapons, this has made him a good shot. He went to the Pharaoh Ravenclaw school of politics and after graduating with top grades he started working for the government of Osiris. After a few years of government work he was chosen to be a scribe by Pharaoh Festavo.
