I had almost forgotten, but a few days ago Ambassador Dream Killers from Lone Wolves United created some new flag emoticons for Osiris. We have an emoticon for the Osiris regional flag as well as the Legion flag.

I think Dream Killers has a program for making them. I'll poke him to take a look at this thread, he can probably explain it better than I could.

In response to everyone who is curious as to how I made these.
I use a program called Flagimation to actually animate the flag to the desired effect. I then take Photoshop and create a frame animation using that flag holding smiley as a base and overlay the animated flag, combining them into a sequence and exporting for web as a gif.
It is not hard to do, just tedious.
