First Royal Proclamation from the Pharaoh of Osiris
On the Nomarchy of the Temple City of Karnak

It is hereby proclaimed by His Royal Majesty Cormac of House Sethos, Pharaoh of Osiris, First Lord of the Nile, and Great Slayer of Cetacea:

Upon the ascension of His Royal Majesty to the Throne of Osiris and to sovereign authority over the Royal Capital of Thebes, His Royal Majesty proclaims that Tim Stark, Pharaoh Emeritus of Osiris and Nomarch-Regent of Karnak, shall be elevated to the title and dignity of Nomarch of Karnak and shall be awarded the Seal of Vigilance, the highest Pharaonic honor of the First Era of the Osiris Fraternal Order.

The contributions made by Nomarch Stark throughout the history of Osiris cannot be overstated. The Nomarch served with distinction as Sobek of the Medjai Guard, our wartime general, during the Gatesville War of 2013, and was recognized for wartime contributions with the Commendation of Osiris, the second highest honor of the Kemetic Republic of Osiris. Despite being exiled from Osiris during the Malicious Revolution of 2013, which established the First Era of the Osiris Fraternal Order, Stark continued to make significant contributions upon his return to Osiris. The Nomarch has served twice as Pharaoh of Osiris, and most recently was pivotal in safeguarding the future of Osiris by initiating the transition that has enabled creation of a much more secure and stable Osiran state.

It is only right and proper that this recognition of Tim Stark's contributions should serve as the bookend to the honors system established during the First Era of the Osiris Fraternal Order, and as the beginning of a new era of honored contributions.

May Amun-Ra, the great patron of Thebes and Karnak, and all the gods of the Nile turn their gaze favorably upon the Temple City of Karnak and its administration by Nomarch Tim Stark.

So let it be written. So let it be done.
