As a note, there have been no "new" changes to influence. The number displayed is still related to the old number, they just seem to have dropped the curtain, as it were. SPDR has always simply been the square root of your real, hidden influence number. Now, they dropped the veneer and display the real value, from everything I can see.

I've combined Atef responsibilities into the topic of Atef membership requirements. We have Vizier responsibilities on the list already and we can discuss possibly increasing the role such as giving border control during that discussion.

I think we may want to discuss judicial reform in light of the fact that we now have only one Elder, and are likely going to have difficulty filling all the vacant positions on the Pschent. I would suggest moving this discussion up to be the next discussion on the list, given the problems that could arise from a judiciary that can't function.

Well, the judiciary isn't really used, I think the first case in months was when you appealed your honors revocation. It can probably wait.

Datford pushed through several reforms that made its workings much more efficient and easy, I don't see why it needs immediate revision.

I would say the Vizier sounds like a good idea, but giving the Atef those powers may be a little risky.

If we decide to designate powers to the Atef, Scribes, Vizier via route of legislative action I could write up the bill as I just wrote essentially the same exact thing in Grand Central.

Still I agree with Cormac we need to think about the Judiciary in terms of bringing some more stability to it we seem to have elders wandering off often.

While I understand the point that the Pschent are not utilized much, that is another good reason to discuss the Pschent next. Is that just the nature of judicial or can there be more? Additionally, we already have pschent sentencing as a topic, so I will combine it all. I will open that discussion shortly.
