Passed: PNG Status Removals/Full Pardons

Pharaoh Tim Stark has proposed (here) the following full pardons and the following removals of PNG statuses:
Removal of Persona Non Grata status for George Holland
Removal of Persona Non Grata status for Biyah
Removal of Persona Non Grata status for Dalimbar
Removal of Persona Non Grata status for Neenee
Removal of Persona Non Grata status for Neo Kervoskia
Full Pardon for Ridersyl
Full Pardon for Cormac Stark
Each Deshret Councilor may Vote Aye to Remove all the PNG statuses and approve the full pardons, Nay to Retain all the PNG statuses and not approve the full pardons, or Abstain to note abstention.

Voting will start on January 19th at 5:50 PM (EST) and end on January 24th at 5:50 PM (EST).
