Wallesing, it could be a work/school IP that is filtered, but this is definitely not your Home IP.

Oh sorry, I forgot to replace the [Applicant's Name] in the oath and now I can't replace it... oh and I've been accepted into the WA now.

Wallesing and Narua, we don't allow cell service as your only means of connecting. We need to see a home ISP.

Same for Kingkillers, but with business IPs. We need a home IP.
