[INVALIDATED] Repeal the Colonies and Territories Act
The proposal at vote to repeal the Colonies and Territories Act was motioned, then seconded before I put it to vote. Per the Procedure of the Deshret which dictates all proposals can only be put to vote after being motioned then seconded twice after a mandatory debate period of three days. Therefore, I find this grounds to invalidate this vote until the proper protocols for initiating a vote on a proposal, are conducted.
I would like to thank Pharaoh Emeritus Severisen for outlining this error and I would like to apologies to the Deshret for my ignorance towards this. I find this unacceptable for a Keeper serving his second term. This shall not happen again.
