Question about Tax Rate in Nation States

My income tax keeps going up even when i try to pass laws that will make it go down.

What can i look out for to make my income tax rate go down, it's currently 91.7% lol and apparently much higher for the wealthy (how much higher can it get for them???)

you can get it to 100 if you keep trying

it's the issues, keep tinkering with them

I have no doubt i can get it to 100% but i'm not keen on doing that, lol, I also want to get my Economy back up, It some how plummeted and i'm not sure how.

i'd suggest dismissing any issues for a while that aren't clear spending cuts
