[Proposal] Amendment to the Treaty of Old Gods Article III

"Article III of the Treaty of Old Gods which reads:

Article III: Collaboration Between Signatories

i). The signatories may collaborate militarily, through a Joint Operations Centre, where allied forces can co-ordinate any joint operations, to be hosted in Osiris and attended by both Commanders from both regions militaries, and anyone they choose to invite.

ii). The signatories shall collaborate on security and intelligence matters through the appointment of a Joint Director of Intelligence by the Pharaoh of Osiris and Monarch of Balder, to work sub rosa, under relevant regional laws.

iii). The signatories shall collaborate on cultural and diplomatic matters through a monthly scheduled meeting between regional Cabinets to be hosted on a rotational basis, with the additional ability of either signatory to call an Emergency Meeting with invitees

Shall hereby be struck from the Treaty."

This is my proposal. Section ii is up for a vote to be struck from the Treaty right now, so keep that in mind.

I see little purpose to having Article. We scrapped the ISRA and have we really held rotating cultural events and meetings?

I have asked, and from what I understand we haven't conducted a cultural event with Balder in a while, if we even have once after the treaty.

There was a shared birthday event in October/November time, for our third birthday if I remember correctly.

Culture can be coordinated through Foreign Affairs as appropriate. We don't need it in the treaty imho.

Well I think because nobody has stood up and said there is anything wrong with the wording, I will hereby make this a proposal.
