Checked in on this thread a few times, but almost forgot to vote myself. Would be kind of ironic if I got kicked from the Deshret for inactivity.

The Keeper notes the resignation of Bob Moran, his vote is therefore stricken.

Due to the fact that this vote was even found by the larger Deshret to be necessary in the first place I will vote Aye.

I am disappointed in the councilor's behavior that contributed to this unfortunate chain of events.
In the future I hope that everyone can look back on this and use it as a lesson to remain calm in the face of adversity.

That being said, let us put this behind us and move forward.
