Tim Stark has been removed from the above list following repeal of his PNG declaration by the Deshret.

General Aperi of the Lazarene Liberation Army, also known as Karpathos, has been declared persona non grata by order of Pharaoh Cormac Somerset as of 17 August 2014 for threats against Osiris.

Joshua Ravenclaw and Drexyl Nox are declared persona non grata by order of Pharaoh Cormac Somerset as of 09 September 2014 for sedition against Osiris.

In response to significant concerns raised in the Deshret, I have decided to rescind the persona non grata declarations against Joshua Ravenclaw and Drexyl Nox.

Additionally, however, I have also decided to rescind all previous Pharaonic persona non grata declarations, including those against Biyah, Dalimbar, Neenee, New Kervoskia, Govindia, Tabaqui, Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, Lamb Stone, and Aperi. The declaration against George Holland will remain, as it was made by the Deshret.

The Deshret has the power to make persona non grata declarations. Since the Deshret clearly is uncomfortable with the Pharaoh exercising this power, it can go ahead and declare any of these individuals persona non grata if it so chooses. In the meantime, they are now free to apply for citizenship or diplomatic visa until the Deshret chooses to act, with the exception of any who are ineligible due to holding citizenship in a region with which Osiris is at war (e.g., Lazarus).
