I can bore you by telling you my plans and so on but I would rather not. People in general do not like text walls so this is what I can promise. Order, structure, a proper format for legislation, an indexing Hall for all legislation past and present and loads of activity. If you got questions, I got answers, ask away.

That won't be an issue. If I am not online however, many in Osiris have a direct line of communication to me. I can promise daily activity and can also promise and assure at least 4 hours dedicated to Osiris alone.

I intend to establish a proper Indexing area so that passed and failed legislation can be displayed for easier access, a formal legislative template, A more effective way of moving legislation in accordance with the law, and so on. Mostly administrative stuff.

How do you plan on generating activity in the Deshret across the board, as is laid out as one of your priorities?

Question:

As it is the responsibility of the Keeper to approve and/or deny Deshreti membership. What is your view on rather than accepting or denying membership yourself, but allowing the Deshret to vote on each applicant?

@James: There would be a thing called a Keepers Mandate. This mandate would be issued to spur activity and would hold all those absent accountable. My opinion is straight forward, if you don't have the time to commit, lets not waste the regions time. We would explore the possibility of introducing an amendment which would allow for voting to take place sooner and would also hold sitting councilors accountable for missed votes. I believe the Deshret deserves to know why a vote was missed as does the region. I'm all about accountability and I intend to bring a degree of accountability to the Deshret.

@Andrew: As per membership control... Summoning the Deshret to vote on membership would become tedious and would do nothing but create red tape. I however would explore the possibility of consulting with the Scribe of Security on membership applications to prevent the possibility of leaks and so on. I would not discourage membership, however I believe that there should be some sort of security to prevent those who would cause us harm from joining especially now that we are indeed in an open state of war. We need to be secure from all sides and this includes the Deshret.
