This thread is for declarations of candidacy and nominations for Keeper of the Deshret. Any Councilor of the Deshret may declare candidacy or accept nomination for Keeper, and any Councilor may nominate any other Councilor. Nomination is not required and any Councilor may self-declare their candidacy. The Pharaoh and the Vizier are not eligible to run for Keeper.
The nomination period will close at 9:00 P.M. EDT on 05 September 2014 and will be followed by two days for campaigning. Voting will open at 9:00 P.M. EDT on 07 September 2014.
Candidates may begin campaigning immediately upon declaring candidacy or accepting nomination.
