Westwind still enjoying one of his trademark stogies.
The Cardinal Prime Minister of All Good People, also known as Westwind, once again occupies the delegate's office. However, his occupancy in the office is only temporary. The Chocolate Loving Paradise of Darkesia is the Delegate-In-Waiting. At the time of publication, Darkesia is only seven endorsements away from assuming the delegacy. Former delegate Bhang Bhang Duc briefly departed the region just a few short weeks into his delegacy, which was mired in controversy. Following his return, he was not reinstated as a Guardian of The West Pacific. Although, Westwind made it clear to the region that BBD's decade of service to the region has not and will not be forgotten.

In the wake of Bhang Bhang Duc's controversial delegacy, Delegate-In-Waiting Darkesia proposed a bill before the Holy Grand Assembly to rid the region of the root cause of the controversy that prematurely ended BBD's delegacy, Roofur Madness. The bill obligates the HGA to reeducate citizens and residents contaminated by the marsupial menace. However, if their kangaroo or koala kraziness cannot be treated, the HGA must petition the delegate to ban and eject those individuals with a possum problem. However, he final fate of these Tasmanian devils is left to the discretion of the delegate.

Canada was recently invaded thanks in no small part to sleepers provided by The West Pacific. The raid is evidence of our military cooperation with the United Imperialist Armed Forces in the wake of our treaties with The New Inquisition and The Land Of Kings And Emperors, and we hope to continue and strengthen our cooperation long into the future.
