Rohypnol not dopamine that's a brain chemical. But ya if it turns at presence dip it in you`r drink, theirs drugs in it, it`ll turn. Also if someone touchs you? Don`t most date rape drugs need to be digested (hence drink spiking)? I mean maybe if you have residue on you`r hands it could pick up that, but he`d have to touch the nail. Soya dipping you`r finger in you`r drink is the practical purpose.
