Zeorus is a federation of 431 communes, organized into 14 provinces and one independent commune (Lehen, the capital city). Each commune elects a representative to their Provincial Assembly, which then elects a representative to the National Assembly. The National Assembly elects the President, approves Cabinet nominations and acts as a legislature at the national level.

Head of Government: The President, currently Azek Wood of the Socialist Party.
