On Monday 17th August at 04:05 PM EST the Council of Scribes vote to Repeal, by a vote of 12-2-0, The Treaty of Tranquillity. As it is not a constitutional amendment no vote by the Council of Guardians is required and as such this decision now requires the Pharaoh's assent.
