Hello Spooky friends guess what time it is? It's time for you, the citizens of Osiris, to create the regional flag of Osiris for the week of Halloween. To submit a flag you must Discord DM it to me at Ham#9983! I will accept submissions starting today until the 23rd of October. Your submission must meet the following requirements ~
• It must be rectangular, about two-thirds as high as it is wide
• Your flag must have the eye of Ra symbol somewhere on it and be Halloween themed
• Lastly it must also be within NationStates rules and nothing that will hurt my eyes to look at

Voting for the best flag will start on the 24th of October and end on the 27th!
