Repeal of the Emergency War Powers Act now at vote. Voting will conclude at 01:10 AM EST on Sunday 7th July.

This is an amendment to the Scroll of Horus and as such it will require a two-thirds vote to pass the Council of Scribes.
Citizens may vote Aye, Nay or Abstain.

A reminder that Guardians are not eligible to vote in the Council of Scribes on constitutional amendments, as Guardians vote on such amendments separately in the Council of Guardians.

Repeal of the Emergency War Powers Act
I. Repeal

(1) The Emergency War Powers Act is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Mir, Heritepa'a of Canopus, Liege of R'lyeh and Overseer of the Mysteries.
