Please list regions or organizations with which you have in the past been affiliated as a resident, citizen, or member: I was in a small region with a group of friends a few years ago, I believe it was called "The Warsaw Pact". It was abandoned, but I think some other people unrelated to us are now using that name. Also, when I first joined the game I would have been in one of the starting regions (I don't remember which, sorry), but I left that very early on and never got involved in it.

Would you like to be assigned a mentor to help you learn the ropes in Osiris?: Sure, if that is recommended.
