[FAILED] Condemn Lord Dominator

The Security Council,

Aware that Lord Dominator (herein "L. D.") is an influential nation of the world, being associated with regions such as Forest, Osiris, The Black Hawks and Lazarus, and is a nation that actively participates in World Assembly discussions.

Nonetheless, concerned by how L. D. has used its influence of late.

Noting that L. D. was highly influential during the debate surrounding SC#245 Liberate KAISERREICH, a resolution which has, for the most part, been deemed highly controversial.

Further noting that L. D. has itself led a similar crusade in SC#263 Liberate Confederation of Corrupt Dictators (with the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators herein "Confederation").

Disappointed that L. D. has described both SC#245 and SC#263 as condemnations in all but name. Wondering why L. D. did not propose condemnation resolutions initially; thus, unconvinced by L. D.'s sincerity with these resolutions.

Worried that L. D. may be prioritising a hidden agenda; that is, using the World Assembly as an avenue for raiding organisations. Confirming that L. D. itself is a raider nation, and has expressed its keen interest in raiding. Further confirming that L. D. has alluded to conducting military action against KAISERREICH and the Confederation, assisted by their effective liberations.

Challenging this idea practised by L. D. that the World Assembly can be used to initiate hostilities.

Upset that inevitable repeal resolutions against SC#245 and SC#263 will delay the Security Council's productivity, as will liberation resolutions similar in nature to SC#245 and SC#263.

Believing the actions of L. D. have damaged the reputation of the Security Council and have caused many member nations of the World Assembly to lose faith in this august body.

Hereby condemns Lord Dominator.
