"Treason" is defined as any attempt to overthrow or rebel against or incite others to overthrow or rebel against the Osiris Fraternal Order.

"Espionage" is defined as the unsanctioned disclosure by a Citizen of the Osiris Fraternal Order of confidential information relative to the interest or security of Osiris to a foreign region and/or its representative

Both are high crimes and carry a maximum sentence of permanent regional and/or forum ban, revocation of citizenship, and/or permanent prohibition of future citizenship.

Greetings all to the official trial of Altino v Defero. With myself, M. Anabelle presiding.

The defendant has been notified and will have until the end of July 8th to enter a plea. If the defendant does not enter a plea the trial will continue and they will be tried in absentia

That being said, Defero how do you plead to the charges of Treason and Espionage?

Honored Priest -

Thank you for your time in accepting this case. After speaking with Defero and receiving further evidence on the person of Disck, I would like to drop all charges against Defero. While I do sustain that Disck is guilty of the crimes which I have accused him, I am no longer convinced that Defero and Disck share the same identity. I do not wish to provoke any undeserved ire against Defero or burden him unnecessarily.

Apologies to the Priests and Defero for the confusion.

As the charges have been dropped by the plaintiff. This case will be dismissed. The court offers its apologies wishes Defero the best.
