In accordance with Article VIII, Section 3 of the Scroll of Horus, because they were admitted to citizenship within seven days prior to the vote, the votes cast by Cain and Davelands have been discarded. The vote cast by Zaolat after the voting period had closed has also been discarded.
With 8 Aye, 1 Nay, and no abstentions, the Charter of Rights Act has passed the Council of Scribes.
