Pursuant to Article I, Section 4 of the Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order, Pharaoh Syberis has proposed proscription of the South Pacific.

Citizens may vote Aye, Nay, Abstain, or votes of clearly similar intent.

Voting will close at 4:30 p.m. EST on November 30, 2017.
