[Passed] Nomination to the Council of Guardians

As some of you may know. We've recently lost Tylope's guardian position. While we're hoping that Tylope's absence is purely temporary, this has made it a good time for me to propose something that I've had discussed for quite some time. So, without further ado (and because I'm writing a much larger post about his service right now and don't want to rehash my points)

Pursuant to the Scroll of Ma'at, I hereby nominate the glorious Pharaoh Emeritus Neo Kervoskia to the Council of Guardians. I have every confidence that he will serve honorably, as he did as Pharaoh, and help secure Osiris from all threats, domestic and foreign.
