[Passed] Withdrawal from the GCR Sovereignty Accords

It is quite a shame that we must withdraw from this treaty because of the conduct of the NPO's Foreign Affairs and military. Alas, we still remain strong allies with The West Pacific and Balder. As long as we choose to uphold the morals of GCR sovereignty, then there is nothing wrong with withdrawing from the Accords because of the course of actions that the NPO has chosen to take.

With respect to NPO as an entity, this step out of the Accords saddens me. It is a shame that actions taken on behalf of a region with such a bold history should come to this. Still, our relations with TWP and Balder remain secure. This is the best option for Osiris. Hail.

I am unequivocally saddened by this turn of events. From what I know of this community and this coalition, I feel that it is the wrong course of action for Osiris.

The events that have transpired will cause a re-evaluation of relationships from a TWP perspective.

As much as I dislike NPO's dealings with TGW, this seems a bit rushed.

And what would you have us do instead? Remain in an alliance with a region that collaborates with our enemies and casts baseless aspersions upon Osiris?

May I ask what you meant by the West Pacific reevaluating its relationships?

I would prefer Osiris take the time to look at the situation and the remedies being implemented by the NPO and then make judgment. Rather than speculating on future behavior and allowing a few poor choices destroy a coalition.

Furthermore, there has been speculation and spin from the NPO and Osiris concerning TWP's future in the coalition and our continued alliances. We do not take kindly to being treated as a pawn in this disagreement and it will cause us to re-evaluate our relationships should this behavior continue.

We respect The West Pacific's sovereignty and their right to remain in the Accords if they so desire. The decision to remain in or leave the Accords is best left to the individual regions. That is the essence of the Accords.
