[justify]The World Assembly,

Noting that many national leaders are drawn to their positions for the challenge of solving the tough problems in their nation;

Further noting that some nations make an extra effort in advocating for awareness of these problems;

Recognizing Drasnia and the formerly associated commonwealth Dwasnia as particularly skilled in raising awareness of important topics among the NationStates community, having brought no less than 11 issues to international attention on a variety of topics such as:

International relations via Only Leader Could Go To Dàguó;

Invasive species via Florists Blooming Mad;

Determining the proper outcome of extremely close elections via Tie Fighters;

Military upkeep via You Just Sank My Battleship; and

Clarity of writing in government documents via Syntax Destruction, among others;

Acknowledging that, during a time of unprecedented change and increased complexity in the problems nations are facing, Drasnia has taken a lead role in documenting over 100 new dilemmas and how dozens of existing ones have evolved, solely for the good of the international community;

Aware of the work Drasnia has done in helping other nations understand the effects their governing choices have on their people;

Appreciating the mentorship Drasnia has shown to nations desiring to advocate for their own issues;

Conscious that Drasnia's former commonwealth, DWAsnia, was World Assembly Delegate of Capitalist Paradise from October 2013 to May 2014, during a time of unprecedented size and activity in the region, and praising DWAsnia's commitment to open-mindedness and new ideas as demonstrated by restructuring Capitalist Paradise's embassy policy so that all regions, regardless of ideological affiliation, had a chance to apply for embassies;

Feeling that, in sum, all nations can aspire to make the NationStates community a better place to reside in the way Drasnia has;
