Do you think you will be able to start up Roleplay in Osiris since Osiris is a well known Gameplay region and what I see is, most of the members are much much interested in Gameplay aspect instead of roleplaying.

I do. Any region can have a successful roleplaying community when they group together and make an effort.

1. What's your opinion of the recent regional state of emergency? And if you disagreed with it, how might you have advised the Pharaoh to handle it differently?

I was a bit skeptical about the State of Emergency in its duration because I believe the situation could have been worked out through the Council of Scribes. The threat of the Wardens was not as near as exaggerated and I don't see any accomplishment following the State of Emergency except the eradication of Wardens who didn't pose a major, if any, threat. 2. Do you believe Osiris should declare war against the Grey Wardens? Why or why not?

I do think so. Although our Sekhmet Legion has been always at a state of aggression against those who seek to stop its operations, I believe a declaration of war would be appropriate because of the Warden's policy of eliminating raider regions from the game, which of course includes us. tl;dr those who betray and actively advocate for the destruction of Osiris or any other raider region is de facto at war with us.

3. Pick one Feeder or Sinker we have no relations with -- The North Pacific, the South Pacific, Lazarus -- to re-establish relations with, and explain why you have chosen that Feeder or Sinker.

The North Pacific. TNP has a vibrant community, and there is an opportunity to work with them in join military operations. I don't see any reason to why we would not work with them, except the fact that I believe they have conducted a few detagging operations (They may have done more, I might be mistaken).

4. What, in your view, is the biggest problem in Osiris right now? And the biggest success?

The biggest problem I see is the lack of external communications through foreign updates and the like. The greatest success of last executive term was, I believe, the Bureau of WA Affairs under Sub-Vizier Adytus. He took the reigns of posting the WA resolutions in their proper forum, and even designed a template for announcing the Pharoah's vote, made for the NS forums.

. Our RMB isn't very active in comparison to some other Feeders and Sinkers. Do you think that's an issue that should be addressed, or not much of a priority, and if you think it should be addressed, how would you address it as Chief Vizier?

This indeed is a problem that needs to be addressed, and I believe having an active game side community is as important as maintaining an offsite one. This can be addressed by RMB contests and weekly topics that spur discussion, as well as help from the WA department, which could include prompting discussion about WA resolutions.

What does your perfect Council of Viziers look like?

Alright. Here's what my Council of Viziers/Cabinet/Hedjet would be structured as:

-Vizier of Community Affairs: Active. Has a strong dedication and is known well within the community. Works well with people. Able to coordinate with other Viziers and Sub-Viziers to work on projects.
--Sub-Vizier of Media: Willing to explore different strategies to bring news to the public. Good writer, can set effective deadlines and finish projects by then.
--Sub-Vizier of Gameside Affairs: Extremely active on the RMB. Is responsible for spurring RMB activity and coordinating with others/staff to do so. Needs to have a passion to welcome newcomers and integrate them into the forums, Legion, and WA.

-Vizier of WA Affairs: Knowledgeable about both WA Councils and active on both of their respective forums. Able to defend Osiris' foreign policy interests in the WA.

-Vizier of Foreign Affairs: Diplomatic skills are superb, and of course, the creativity to run and plan the Foreign Affairs program along with me and some help from the Department of Community Affairs.

-Marshal General: active at most updates, has proper raiding and negotiating skills. Able to plan operations and participate in them.
--Stealth Officer: able to become WA immobile for long periods of time, able to plan large-scale operations with the help of the Marshal General.
