Are you now or have you ever been engaged in hostilities against the region Osiris or against the Osiris Fraternal Order? If so, please provide details: In 2014, Lazarus recieved a declaration of war from Osiris while I was delegate.

I, Funkadelia, swear that I have, to the best of my knowledge, been completely truthful in applying for citizenship in the Osiris Fraternal Order and that I have no other NationStates identity that has not been made known in this application. I swear my allegiance to the Osiris Fraternal Order and its citizens, and I swear not to engage in hostilities against the Osiris Fraternal Order or to violate the Scroll of Ma'at, the constitution of the Osiris Fraternal Order, or any laws made pursuant to that constitution.

Your citizenship application is rejected, as you are regarded as a security risk due to repeated incidents of hostility to Osiris over the course of several years, including your role in provoking the brief war between Osiris and Lazarus, your support as a foreign combatant for the opposition to our government in April 2016, and your alleged role in the seizure of Islamic Republics of Iran, sovereign territory of the Osiris Fraternal Order.

Pursuant to Article I, Section 1(3) of the Scroll of Ma'at, you may appeal rejection of your citizenship application to the Council of Priests, our judiciary. If you wish to do so, please notify me in this thread and I will see that you are appropriately masked for such an appeal.

In the meantime, pending your appeal, should you seek one, I will not permit you to reside in Osiris either.
